Teaching Personnel are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Cardiff. Whether you're experienced in supporting students or looking to start your career in education, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in the delivery of lessons to primary-aged children.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with a variety of learning needs.
• Assist with the preparation and organization of teaching resources.
• Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
• Provide pastoral care and support to students.
• Observe and monitor students’ progress and contribute to reports and feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting (but not essential).
• A positive attitude, with a passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• A proactive approach to supporting students and their learning needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
