We are actively recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to be based in a specialist SEN primary school. The students have complex needs such as autism and profound and multiple learning difficulties, therefore we are looking for a Teaching Assistant with some experience in SEN either personally or professionally.

 The Teaching Assistants job will be to assist the pupils in their learning through the completion of play centred activities and character building. You will be instrumental in the development of these young people as they grow and progress into adulthood.

The ideal Teaching Assistant would have:

•            Experience of supporting SEN or those in care

•            Commitment and adaptability to the role

•            A calm and patient manner

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
