As we continue to expand our dedicated services, we are looking for experienced, compassionate, and committed Full-Time Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join our dynamic team. If you have experience supporting students with Asperger's or High Functioning Autism, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students in various subjects.
• Help create and implement personalized learning plans.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Assist with social and emotional development, ensuring every student feels valued and respected.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our students.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience working with students with Asperger's Syndrome or High Functioning Autism.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with young people.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students and provide tailored support.
• A passion for supporting young adults in their educational journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
