Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Foundation Phase)
Location: Caerphilly
Pay: Minimum £12.90 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on behalf of one of our large partnership schools based in Caerphilly. The role will be to support within the Foundation Phase of the school and we’re looking for an educator who can commit to full-time hours. We’re looking to recruit an educator who has experience working closely with children and can support small groups of children or on a 1:1 basis. The Teaching Assistant role will entail working alongside the class teacher to ensure that the children are motivated, engaged and challenged. You will work as part of a successful foundation phase team where you will be fully supported in developing your own personal development.

- Someone who can be flexible and pro-active, there may be times where you’re working within different classes
- Able to work well within a team but also think and perform independently
- Teaching Assistant who is passionate and dedicated to supporting children throughout all aspects of their education
- Someone who can communicate effectively with others
- Teaching Assistant who is nurturing, caring, empathetic & supportive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
