Salary: £14 PER HOUR UPWARDS

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Teaching Assistant to support the classroom teacher in providing high-quality education to students in KS3 - KS5. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with lesson preparation, providing one-on-one or small group support to students, and helping to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher with planning, preparing, and delivering lessons.
- Support students with individual learning needs and provide additional help as necessary.
- Supervise students during class, lunch breaks, and other activities.
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback on student progress to the classroom teacher.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting (preferred, but not required).
- Minimum of 5 GCSE'S.
- Degree in childcare or a simular subject.
- Level 2/3 qualified Teaching Assistant qualification or simular.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
