We’re on the lookout for dedicated and empathetic educators to deliver 1:1 and small group tuition to pupils currently outside of mainstream education. These young people may be facing a range of challenges—and your experience, patience, and guidance could be the turning point in their educational journey.

Who are we looking for?

  • Qualified former teachers or recently retired professionals (QTS or QTLS preferred)

  • Educators who are passionate about supporting learners who need that extra encouragement

  • Experience in SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision is highly valued

TP Tutors partners with local authorities and schools to support pupils who, for a variety of reasons, are not currently in school—whether due to anxiety, SEND requirements, or exclusion. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
