About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and engage students across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering high-quality lessons that foster a love for English. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students' academic and personal development while contributing to the wider school community.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Support students in developing their reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
• Contribute to the curriculum development of the department.
• Participate in the school’s extra-curricular activities related to English and literacy.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and engagement in line with the school’s policies.
• Engage in professional development opportunities and ongoing training.
• Carry out professional duties as detailed in the Conditions of Service.

Who Can Apply?
