Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Secondary School Teacher who is committed to inspiring pupils and fostering a love for learning. The ideal candidate will recognise and celebrate each student’s unique qualities and strengths, ensuring they feel motivated and challenged in their educational pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum, effectively monitoring and assessing student progress and development.
- Classroom Management: Utilise strong classroom management techniques to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff, promoting a supportive and collaborative educational community.
- Individualised Support: Recognise and respond to the unique needs and strengths of each student, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to continually enhance teaching skills and strategies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Enhanced Child only DBS
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council
- Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
