Supply Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team. This flexible role is ideal for individuals who want to make a difference in the classroom while maintaining a work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Support students with their learning, including those with additional needs.
• Support students with special needs including Autism, learning difficulties and mental health difficulties.
• Work on a 1:1 or small group basis. 
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Supervise and engage with children during activities and break times.
• Adapt to different classroom settings across various year groups.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults.
• A patient, caring, and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to be flexible and adaptable.
• A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• Reliable and punctual.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
