Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding role in education? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across schools in Leyland and Chorley. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students while maintaining control of your schedule.
The Role:
- Provide support in primary and secondary classrooms as needed.
- Work on a flexible, bank-staff basis with availability for at least one day per week (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).
- Collaborate with teachers to create a positive learning environment.
- Assist with classroom management, student engagement, and individual learning needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people (e.g., in schools, childcare, sports coaching, youth work, etc.).
- Transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
- A proactive and positive attitude toward supporting learning.
- Reliability and flexibility to work across different schools.

Requirements:
- Availability to work at least one full school day (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM) per week.
- A valid CHild Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
- References covering the last two years of employment or study.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
