Support Worker – SEN Schools (Bank Basis)
Location: Preston, Leyland, and Chorley
Salary: Competitive pay rates

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our bank staff team, providing vital support across SEN schools in Preston, Leyland, and Chorley. This flexible role allows you to tailor your work schedule while making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEN in a school environment.
  • Providing personal care where required, ensuring dignity and respect.
  • Promoting positive behavior and learning experiences.
  • Adapting to the needs of individual students and supporting their development.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential).
  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred).
  • A compassionate and professional attitude.
  • Flexibility to work on a bank basis across multiple locations.
