Supply Teacher
Available on a flexible basis
Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a successful mixed secondary school located in Salisbury, graded ‘OUTSTANDING’ by Ofsted, who are seeking additional educators to work with them on an ongoing, flexible basis. We are working with the local schools to build up a regular pool of teachers, cover supervisors and unqualified teachers, who can help with cover requirements around their own availability, on an adhoc basis. Now more than ever, local schools appreciate continuity for their pupils, considering how disruptive the last two years have been for students and education.
If you have availability to support your local schools for as little as one day a week, or up to five, please apply now with your CV.
As a successful cover teacher, you will:
- Be confident in classroom management, delivering adaptive and responsive teaching
- Provide a positive environment for learning, developing powerful learners
- Implement school policies, encouraging challenge through learning
- Assigning classwork and homework in line with regular lesson plans

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
