Position: Supply Teacher
Location: Salisbury
Start Date: February 2024

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator looking for flexible part-time or full-time supply work? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team and work across various secondary schools in the vibrant community of Salisbury.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in the absence of their regular classroom teacher.
- Following lesson plans and ensuring continuity in the students' education.
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and school staff.
- Collaborating with colleagues to support the overall development of students.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a teacher in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong subject knowledge across the curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and student needs.
- Flexibility to work on short notice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
