Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEND, using provided or self-created plans.
• Foster an inclusive environment, working with support staff to meet individual needs.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and well-managed classroom.
• Liaise with SENCOs and staff to understand and support students effectively.
• Track and report on student progress and behaviour.
• Adjust to different schools, routines, and roles as needed.
• Ensure the welfare and safety of all students, following safeguarding policies.
