The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about education and student development to play a pivotal role in supporting our students' learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring that students remain on task with their learning.
- Uphold and reinforce the school’s behaviour policies, maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Assist with the organisation of classroom activities and provide support where needed.
- Liaise with teaching staff to ensure that set work is completed to a high standard.
- Contribute to the school’s pastoral care, helping students with any issues they may face.
- Support the overall mission and values of the school by encouraging resilience, aspiration, and kindness.

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar educational role is desirable, but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
