About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and versatile Sports Coach who is also willing to take on Teaching Assistant responsibilities within a school in Blackpool. This dual role involves delivering high-quality sports sessions while supporting pupils in the classroom when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging sports and physical education sessions.

• Support teachers in the classroom with learning activities.

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support when required.

• Encourage positive behaviour and promote well-being through sports.

• Assist with school events, extracurricular activities, and sports competitions.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a relevant coaching qualification or sports degree.

• Have experience working with children in a sports or educational setting.

• Be confident supporting learning in the classroom.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Be enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to pupils' development.

• Possess a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
