Specialist Teaching Assistant
Have you worked as a teaching assistant before? Are you looking to advance your teaching career?
Due to increasing demand, we are expanding our recruitment drive to hire talented, passionate specialist teaching assistants to join our team.
The Role
We are looking for candidates who are available to work full-time, though some flexibility is possible. Access to a personal vehicle is advantageous.
As a specialist teaching assistant, you will:
- Support pupils who require additional help, assisting them with managing their behavior and achieving daily milestones.
- Work on a varied schedule that includes one-to-one support and small group activities.
- Help ensure all pupils meet curriculum standards.
Hours align with school opening times (8:30 AM–3:30 PM), though some roles may be limited to mornings or afternoons, offering flexibility to fit around other commitments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
