Position: Teaching Assistant for All Key Stages (EYFS, KS1, KS2)
Locations: Sheffield and Barnsley, South Yorkshire

Job Description:
As a Teaching Assistant for all key stages, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, primary, and secondary settings.
- Working one-on-one or with small groups of students to reinforce learning and provide targeted support.
- Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behavior.
- Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN, to ensure they can access the curriculum effectively.
- Preparing and organizing resources to enhance classroom learning.
- Providing feedback to teachers on student progress and participation.
- Creating a safe and welcoming environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to thrive.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
- Experience working across different key stages (preferred but not essential).
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum and age-appropriate strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with children and young people.
- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
