Specialist Behavioural Support Assistant – Everton (L3)

A one-form Primary School located in Everton is actively searching for a Specialist Behavioural Support Assistant to join their KS1 department, starting from September 2024. While this role is initially temporary, the Head Teacher has intentions to extend a permanent school contract in the upcoming academic year, pending a successful probationary period.

About the Role:

As a dedicated support professional, your primary responsibility will involve aiding children who are grappling with behavioural and emotional challenges following their return to full-time education. Working closely with students on an individual or small group basis, your objective will be to assist them in readjusting to the school environment. Collaboration with the Class Teacher, school SENCo, and parents will be crucial in devising effective strategies tailored to each child's unique needs.
