Job Title: SEN Tutor
Location: South East England, Surrey, Redhill
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour
Skills: SEN experience
Job Duties:
- Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Create individualised learning plans based on students' specific requirements
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic and personal development
- Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students
Required Qualifications:
- Valid DBS check
- Experience working with students with SEN
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a SEN Tutor
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Organisational skills to plan and deliver effective lessons
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
- Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
- Potential travel to student's homes or other locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
