Job Title: Sec SEN Tutor

Salary:

£20 - £30 Per hour

Job Duties:

• Provide one-on-one tutoring to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Develop tailored educational plans to meet the individual needs of each student
• Implement various teaching strategies to support students in achieving their learning goals
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with students with SEN
• Understanding of SEN policies and procedures

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent understanding of different learning styles and abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
• Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN

Working Conditions:

• Work primarily during school hours
• May require travel to different schools or educational settings
• Opportunity to work closely with students, teachers, and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
