About the Role:

• Start Date: 24th February 2025 or earlier, depending on availability.
• Position Type: Full-time, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
• Daily Pay: £84.50 - £90.00 per day.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with a range of needs, including:

• Autism (ASD)
• Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH)
• Complex Learning Difficulties
• Challenging Behaviours

You will work closely with teachers to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for small groups of students.

What We Are Looking For:

• Have experience supporting children with SEN, particularly autism, SEMH, and complex needs.
• Be confident in managing challenging behaviours and promoting positive learning outcomes.
• Be committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is advantageous but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
