SEN Teaching Assistants – Full-Time Roles | Woking | September Start
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN)? Do you have experience supporting students in a school environment? We are currently recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for a number of full-time positions in Woking, starting September 2025.

About the Role:

Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties

Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development
-
Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
-
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or otherwise)

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
