SEN Teaching Assistants – Full-Time Roles | Guildford | September Start

We are currently recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for a number of full-time positions in Guildford, starting September 2025.

Roles available on:

• Supply basis

• Temp-to-perm

• Permanent contracts

About the Role:

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties

• Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development

• Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)

• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or otherwise)

• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
