Are you a Psychology graduate, Support Worker, or someone with a passion for helping children succeed? Teaching Personnel is looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Southport from March or April until the end of the academic year.

About the Role:

  • Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Helping pupils with their learning, social development, and confidence
  • Working closely with teachers and SENCO to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
  • A fantastic opportunity for those looking to gain experience in a school setting!

‍ Who We’re Looking For:

  • No school experience needed – we welcome applications from Psychology graduates, Support Workers, and those with relevant transferable skills
  • A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
  • Passion for supporting children with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
