SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Salford (M30)

A Salford-based SEN school (M30) are working in partnership with Teaching Personnel in their search for a SEN Teaching Assistant.  The TA will be brought in to provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEN, providing intervention and direction alongside a class teacher. This will involve working to an EHCP. This role would involve supporting pupils so they can remain focused on their work, ensuring they can achieve their best work possible.

About the role:

  • £83.85+ per day through PAYE (no umbrella company or agency fees).
  • Weekly pay on timesheets.
  • Primary School located in the Salford area (M30).
  • Full-time role Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3pm.
  • Paid on a timesheet basis through Teaching Personnel.
  • Opportunity to work closely with individual pupils, making a difference.
  • ASAP start following registration with Teaching Personnel.

The senior leadership of this school are searching for a TA who is experienced working with SEN pupils. This will involve becoming assimilated into a friendly school environment, supporting a child with their day-to-day in a classroom environment. The incoming TA would be expected to be familiar with appropriate safeguarding practices. Experience with SEN pupils is required due to the specific requirements for this role.
