Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our highly regarded SEN team. You’ll work in a variety of schools and provisions, supporting students with SEND and SEMH to reach their full potential.

• Provide one-on-one and group support for students with diverse needs.
• Assist teachers in creating inclusive and engaging learning environments.
• Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere that encourages emotional and academic growth.
• Build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families to ensure every child thrives.

About You

• Experience in working with children or young people, especially those with SEND/SEMH, is highly desirable.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills are a must.
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed, no matter the challenge.
• A willingness to adapt and a proactive attitude in supporting learners.

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
• Two professional references.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
