SEN Teaching Assistant

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with diverse learning needs
• Help implement personalised learning plans under the guidance of the class teacher
• Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment
• Support students with their social, emotional, and academic development
• Work alongside teachers and other professionals to promote the best outcomes for students

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN), is an advantage
• A caring, patient, and understanding approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• A passion for supporting students to achieve their full potential
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
