Are you passionate about creating positive, lasting impacts in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated individuals to provide consistent, meaningful support to SEN students, with temporary-to-permanent roles available for the right educator.


Key Information

  • Location: Horsham and surrounding areas.
  • Start Date: January 2025.
  • Contract: Temporary to Permanent (for the right candidate).
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.

About the Roles

In these roles, you’ll provide stability and consistent support to students who rely on dependable relationships to thrive. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Learning: Help SEN students engage in activities and make meaningful progress.
  • Managing Behaviour: Use tailored behaviour management techniques to create a positive and structured environment.
  • Fostering Consistency: Build a trusting relationship with pupils, addressing their specific needs while ensuring a stable learning experience.

You’ll work with schools that cater to students aged 4–19, offering diverse opportunities to positively impact young lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
