Location: Fleetwood
Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time & part-time positions available
Pay: £13.75 - £14.75 per hour

About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

✔️ Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with additional needs
✔️ Assist with learning, behaviour, and social development
✔️ Work closely with teachers and SENCO to create an inclusive environment
✔️ Use tailored strategies to help children thrive and succeed 

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Experience working with SEN children (preferred but not essential)
✅ Patience, empathy, and a caring nature 
✅ A proactive and adaptable approach 
✅ Experience with autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, or other learning difficulties is a bonus!
