1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant –Croydon – Start Date: January

Role Requirements:
• 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant with a background in SEN
• Experience in child-based roles with a confident, supportive approach to managing behaviour and addressing SEND requirements
• Ability to adapt to both 1:1 and small group settings, providing tailored support for a range of Special Educational Needs
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1:1 and small group sessions focused on student progression, behaviour support, and attainment
• Support children both inside and outside the classroom, fostering a positive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with school professionals and contribute to individualised Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs)

This is a full-time, term-time only position, with a competitive weekly pay.E.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
