Position: Part-Time Learning Support Assistant
Are you passionate about supporting students in their educational journey? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis at a thriving school in Crawley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, helping them to engage fully in classroom activities.
- Work closely with teachers to implement personalised learning strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student growth and development.
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
- Monitor and report on student progress, offering feedback and adapting approaches as necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children, particularly in a support or educational setting.
- A strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are an advantage but not required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
