Salary: £89 - £95 per day

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant at a well-established school in Bracknell. If you are passionate about supporting students with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they can fully engage in lessons.

• Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.

• Work closely with small groups or individual students who require additional support.

• Support students with a range of learning needs, helping them develop both academically and socially.

• Track and report on students' progress, sharing feedback with teachers and parents.

• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all students.

Requirements:

• A genuine interest in supporting students with SEN.

• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach.

• Previous experience working in an educational setting, particularly with students with SEN, is desirable but not essential.

• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
