SEN Teaching Assistant – Outstanding School in BL4

Role Details:
- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: BL4 area
- Pay: £83.85 - £95 per day (depending on experience)
- Contract: Full-time, long-term opportunities available
- Start Date: Immediate

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment to enhance learning and development
- Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Monitor and track progress, providing feedback to staff and parents as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning needs
- A genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential
- Willingness to undertake further training to develop your skills
