We are seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Northampton. This role is ideal for a creative and dedicated educator ready to inspire children with complex needs such as Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).

What You’ll Need

• Qualifications: QTS or equivalent, with SEN experience preferred.

• Communication Expertise: Familiarity with PECS, Makaton, or AAC is an advantage.
• Team Player: Patience and collaboration skills to work with staff, therapists, and families.
