SEN Teacher - Lincolnshire
Are you an experienced SEN Teacher with a passion for making a difference in students' lives? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to support children of varying cognitive ages across Lincolnshire, providing tailored education that fosters development and success.
Position Details:
- Location: Lincolnshire
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (term-time only)
- Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience and expertise
Role Overview:
As an SEN Teacher, you will work closely with students across a range of cognitive abilities, creating lesson plans that meet individual needs and adapting teaching strategies to ensure an inclusive and effective learning environment. This is a full-time position, ideal for a compassionate and experienced professional ready to contribute their expertise to an impactful role.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – required
- Substantial experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children of all ages and cognitive abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
