One of our partnership schools in Tameside are looking for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team!

 In this role, you will support children with challenging behavior and help them to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with young people in a school or youth work setting
• The ability to create good working relationships with children
• A calm and caring personality
• The ability to de-escalate challenging situations
• Team Teach training (desirable-not essential)
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service- this can be applied for through Teaching Personnel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
