Cover Teachers Needed – Norfolk Area

We are seeking enthusiastic Cover Teachers and full-time Teachers to support secondary schools across Norfolk. If you're qualified or unqualified (QTS or Cover Supervisor) and have a great classroom presence and a passion for working with young people, this is an ideal opportunity make a real impact.

The Role:

  • Start Date: Immediate opportunities available
  • Location: Norfolk secondary schools
  • Flexibility: Full-time and part-time options based on your availability
  • Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and support students in a positive learning environment

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Encourage students’ personal development by fostering skills such as teamwork, independence, and resilience.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement.
  • Promote a respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere that values each student’s contributions.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and report any concerns to relevant school staff.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Good communication and behaviour management skills
  • Confidence to lead a classroom and engage with students
  • A genuine interest in education and supporting young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
