Secondary Sports Leader – Caerphilly Schools | Ideal for Sports Graduates!
Location: Secondary Schools across Caerphilly
Pay: £100–£115 per day
Hours: 6.5 hours per day | Term Time Only

Teaching Personnel is offering a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to kickstart their journey as a Secondary Sports Leader in Caerphilly!
⭐ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in PE lessons, extracurricular clubs, and small group sports sessions
- Support pupils of all abilities, including those with additional needs
- Develop real-world skills in sports leadership, classroom management, and inclusive coaching
- Work in a flexible role that fits around your university or part-time schedule
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
- A degree (or working towards one) in Education, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related subject or PGCE
- A passion for inspiring young people through physical activity and sport
- Confident communicator with strong classroom presence
- Experience in coaching or youth leadership (preferred but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
