Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools | Caerphilly
Location: Caerphilly
Pay: £100–£115 per day
Days/Hours: 6.5 hours per day / Monday to Friday with no weekends!

Join Teaching Personnel as a Cover Supervisor and gain valuable classroom experience in Caerphilly secondary schools. This is an exciting opportunity to support students aged 11–18, delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

About the Role:
- Supervise and engage pupils during short-term teacher absences
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
- Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure pupils stay on task
- Support students with additional learning needs
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment
- Provide feedback to school staff on student progress or incidents

Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- EWC registration (guidance provided)

- Ability to travel to schools across Caerphilly
