Secondary Maths Teacher
Location: England, Greater London, Wimbledon
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £150 - £250 Per day
Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Maths lessons to secondary school students
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through various methods
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and teaching methods
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level
- Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years teaching Maths at the secondary level
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Proficient in using educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or Mathematics
- Experience in implementing differentiated instruction
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with regular school hours
- Classroom-based teaching with some extracurricular responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
