Job description

Supply Science Teacher – Full Time (Secondary School, Ellesmere Port)

SupplyBank is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a passionate Science Teacher at a vibrant secondary school in Ellesmere Port. Starting in February, this full-time position runs Monday to Friday with the possibility of longer-term work or a permanent position should you be the right fit for the school. Prior experience teaching Science and QTS is essential to be considered for this role, Newly Qualified Teachers are welcome to apply. If you are looking for a more flexible role that is part time, please also apply as we have other similar opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have relevant experience teaching Science.
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and the ability to differentiate instruction for varied abilities.
  • Possess excellent classroom management skills and a positive approach to fostering student achievement.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate and on the update service (or willingness to apply
