With the school term coming to an end, Teaching Personnel Dorset are currently recruiting for Science Teachers to join our team to educate students in schools across Bournemouth from next term onwards.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative and exciting lessons to keep the students engaged and understanding of the curriculum. You may also be required to do some planning and marking depending on the school, so it is important for you to have experience teaching the subject and good knowledge of the curriculum.

Requirements

• Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
• Qualification in Science or experience teaching the subject
• 2+ years teaching secondary students
• Strong classroom management
• Good knowledge of Science as a subject
• A child-only enhanced DBS (or prepared to apply for one)
• An overseas police clearance (if applicable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
