A mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth is seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis starting in January (part time could be considered for the right person). This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students and foster a love of science within a supportive and dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging science lessons that meet the needs of all students (KS3 and KS4). 
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum and promote interdisciplinary learning.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and community outreach activities.

Qualifications:

• A relevant degree in a science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or a related field.
• A teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) and QTS status.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and improving student outcomes.
