About the Role:

As a School Transport Driver, you will:

• Safely transport children to and from school, ensuring their well-being at all times.
• Build positive relationships with pupils to create a calm and welcoming environment during their journey.
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and carers to provide consistent support for the children.
• Work a split shift (e.g., morning and afternoon), allowing flexibility in your day.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid driving license (D1 preferred but not essential).
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children with additional needs.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a range of situations.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
