RE Teacher

As a Religious Education Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, and potentially Key Stage 5. You will inspire students to think critically about religious and philosophical concepts, while encouraging respect for diverse perspectives. You will be part of a supportive team that shares ideas and works together to develop creative approaches to teaching RE.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and thought-provoking RE lessons.
• Promote a positive, respectful learning environment that encourages student inquiry and discussion.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continually enhance the RE curriculum.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.
• Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and engage in professional development opportunities.
