RE Teacher

Are you a passionate and dedicated RE teacher looking to inspire the next generation of critical thinkers? We are seeking an enthusiastic Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join our dynamic team.
As a Religious Education Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, and potentially Key Stage 5. You will inspire students to think critically about religious and philosophical concepts, while encouraging respect for diverse perspectives. You will be part of a supportive team that shares ideas and works together to develop creative approaches to teaching RE.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and thought-provoking RE lessons.
- Promote a positive, respectful learning environment that encourages student inquiry and discussion.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continually enhance the RE curriculum.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.
- Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and engage in professional development opportunities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
