Job Title: Qualified Teacher for Supply Work

Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Burnham

Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time, Ad-Hoc 

Salary: £130 - £160 Per day

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students across various subjects and age groups
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Follow and implement school curriculum and policies
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Communicate with parents, staff, and other stakeholders as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience:

  • Previous experience teaching in a school setting preferred
  • Experience working with diverse student populations

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs
  • Proficiency in using educational technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Additional subject specialisms or qualifications

Working Conditions:

  • Part-time hours on a temporary basis
  • Varied work locations within the South East England area
  • Dynamic and fast-paced classroom environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
