The Role:
- Work as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Mentor in primary, secondary, or SEN schools.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs.
- Gain hands-on experience in behaviour management, mental health, and educational support.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to make a real impact.
