Psychology Graduates – Exciting SEN Learning Support Opportunity
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £400–£450 per week
Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Psychology graduates to join a dynamic team at a specialised school in Birmingham. The school supports children and young adults with a variety of needs, including Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, and other learning challenges.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students across various age groups (Early Years to Post-16).
- Help students build essential life skills and achieve greater independence.
- Play an active role in creating an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
This role offers invaluable experience for those looking to pursue a career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, counselling, or teaching.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Recent Psychology graduates (or those studying towards a degree).
- Passionate about supporting students with additional learning needs.
- Interested in developing practical experience in a SEN setting.
- Degrees in related fields such as Criminology, Social Work, Sports Science/Coaching, or Youth & Community Studies are also welcomed.
