Teaching Personnel is partnering with a Primary SEN (Special Educational Needs) school in East Bristol that is dedicated to understanding and meeting the unique needs of each child. This opportunity is perfect for those new to working with children, considering a career in education, or experienced in mainstream settings who want to work more 1:1 with students, especially those with autism.

Position Details:
- Start Date: Full-time, beginning in November and after half-term
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm (term time only); flexible work arrangements available to support work/life balance
- Pay: £84/day, paid weekly
- Additional Benefits: Lunch provided daily, accessible transport routes, potential for contract extension
About the role:
- No prior teaching experience required; bring your enthusiasm, and we’ll provide the support
- Small class sizes (6-8 pupils), enabling strong, supportive relationships with each student

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be confident, proactive, and resilient when working with challenging behaviour
- Enjoy interactive play and engagement with young children, bringing a positive attitude and sense of humour
- Work well in a team and be open to feedback and growth
- Ideally have some experience with children or young people with autism, though we welcome those who are new to this area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
